Chief Executive Officer
Dr. Williams is the founding Chief Executive Officer of Pharos Innovations. He is responsible for setting the vision and overseeing the execution of Pharos' mission to transform healthcare through patient engagement in self-care. He has 16 years of executive experience developing chronic care monitoring programs.
Dr. Williams graduated with honors from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine. He trained in internal medicine at the University of Minnesota, where he also served as chief resident. Dr. Williams specialized in cardiology at the Johns Hopkins Hospital, with an emphasis on the care of congestive heart failure and cardiac transplantation. In 1995, Dr. Williams was recruited to Northwestern University in Chicago to develop their congestive heart failure program. There he created and developed one of the nation’s first and most successful chronic care programs. He served as Chairman of Care Management for the IPA oversee the development of the group’s care management department, with responsibility for over 120,000 at-risk lives. Currently, he serves on the Executive Committee of the Board for the Care Continuum Alliance, where he chairs the Governmental Affairs Committee. He is an author and frequent speaker on topics related to population health, physician leadership, and healthcare transformation.
Vice President of Sales
Mr. Rivas is Vice President Sales for Pharos Innovations, where he is responsible for customer acquisition and retention, revenue growth and market channel expansion opportunities.
Mr. Rivas brings strong leadership and experience with Accountable Care and provider organizations. Bob returns to Pharos after having spent 3 years with the company in a sales capacity. Prior to rejoining Pharos Innovations, Bob was VP of Sales for New York City-based SeniorBridge Care Management, where he successfully sold care management programs to Accountable Care Organizations, Integrated Delivery Systems and hospital/provider organizations, prior to their acquisition by Humana, Inc.. Over a 16-year healthcare sales career, he has held key positions at several early stage healthcare companies including Cogent Healthcare and WebVMC, acquired by Intel. Bob is a graduate of The University of Texas Health Science Center, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing.
Vice President of Sales and Account Management
Mr. Shannon is Vice President Sales and Account Management for Pharos Innovations, where he is responsible for customer acquisition and retention, revenue growth and market channel expansion opportunities.
Mr. Shannon has a 12 year career of building longstanding relationships and delivering results with customers. Most recently, Todd was the lead sales executive at McKesson Provider Technologies, where he was responsible for Home Health, Hospice, Disease Management and Telehealth Solutions sales. Todd earned his BS in Business Administration from Central Michigan University.
Executive Vice President of Operations
Ms. Kentgen is Executive Vice President of Operations, where she is responsible for delivering value to clients through delivering operational excellence. In this role, she is responsible for overseeing all operational activities including service delivery strategy, clinical sales support, program implementation, project management, and client services.
Ms Kentgen is an innovative, entrepreneurial healthcare services leader with more than 20 years of proven experience. She has served in senior leadership roles in sales and client services operations at several nationally known organizations, such as Alere, United Healthcare/ Optum, and CorSolutions. A graduate of Loyola University of Chicago, Patty holds a BS in Nursing.
Vice President of Finance
As Vice President of Finance, Mr. Skiba is responsible for both financial affairs and business intelligence at Pharos Innovations. Additionally, Mr. Skiba is involved in client contracting, pricing and the reporting of program outcomes.
Mr. Skiba has 8 years of public accounting and healthcare finance experience. He began his career at KPMG in their transaction services group performing due diligence for private equity groups. More recently, Garett was a Director at Bridge Finance Group LLC where he focused on financing and lending to the healthcare and services sector. Garett completed his M.B.A at the University of Chicago, and also holds B.A. and M.S. of accounting degrees from the University of Notre Dame.
